I have returned to my high school, not as a student but now as a teacher. I bleed red and white and the pride I have for The Ottumwa High school runs deep. I love this town and I love our school!
That is so awesome! I think you and I are Kindred Spirits! I am also a girl her returned home to teach in her old HS. I kiddingly remarked to a teacher before I graduated that I was going to come back and take her job when she retired. Five years later she retired, and I did replace her! :O) Isn't it funny how life goes. I have never regretted coming back home! I am proud to be a BRAVE. Great blog by the way!
